We only source beef that has been grass-fed and is from local West Country farms where we know the farmers.
The farmers we use take pride in using traditional agricultural methods to maintain a very high standard of animal welfare. There farms we know and trust, whose cattle are grass-fed and forage-finished. We work with them because they also focus primarily on the welfare of their cattle, which is something that really matters to us.
