If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We are do not accept returned dog food, due to its very nature. However, please do contact to discuss any problems and we will happily come to an arrangement if your food did no arrive in a satisfactory condition.
You must contact with 24 hours of meat arriving.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds for holidays and events
Deposits are required as itemised within the products of the individual holiday or course, to secure a place, these are non-refundable. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the course or holiday starts. ANY CANCELLATION during the 8 weeks prior to holidays or events will result in full payment being lost regardless.
