The farmers we use take pride in using traditional agricultural methods to maintain a very high standard of animal welfare. There farms we know and trust, whose cattle are grass-fed and forage-finished. We work with them because they also focus primarily on the welfare of their cattle, which is something that really matters to us.The beef is minced through a 10 mm plate to make a lovely chunky mince, this is then mixed with Hilton Herbs mobility and vital daily, alongside locally sourced seasonal vegetables.
