Our free-range and grass- and forage-fed lamb and mutton is sourced from various local farms depending on availability and quality. All our lamb and mutton matches our sourcing criteria of being grass-fed, forage-fed and free-range, and raised in high-welfare conditions. This is then mixed with locally sourced vegetables and Hilton Herbs.
